We've seen this mentoring work with teachers of pilates, barre, and other movement methods that require leadership. This abstract work is about guiding you through a process of unveiling your inner teacher - your specific gold as a leader - and is relevant to most modalities.

I'm busy! How long do I have to complete the course?

We've made this course online so you have the flexibly to do the work in your own time. There's no rush, you'll have access for the lifetime of our online platform.

Our entire programme has been created to accommodate different time zones and busy schedules.

Is this course certified?

Yes! At completion, you will receive a PDF certificate and 30 hours towards your Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements.

For newer teachers:

Missing your TT tribe and community?

You’ll have access to a private FB family of like-minded teachers. Teachers from all styles, offering non-competitive support.

I don’t have any students yet?

Through the inner work you can start to get clear on where to start. We set you up to leave the programme with commitments to your teaching that feel centred and achievable.

How can I overcome self doubt in my lack of experience?

We want you to feel comfortable in your voice! Over the six modules, we provide you with practices and exercises to build confidence and trust your unique way of teaching.

I'm not sure how to promote myself whilst I'm only just discovering what kind of teacher I am?

This course includes a marketing 101 to get you started. We all come into this with valuable experiences and a unique point of view. You'll connect to what you have to offer, recognise where you have room to grow and understand where vulnerabilities lie. From here, we workshop how to bring this into the world.

For experienced teachers:

I feel ready for the ‘next step’ but don’t know what that is?

We go through so many evolutions as teachers, here you’ll find yourself in a group going through similar experiences. Rather than looking outward, we guide you towards looking in, so that what comes next for you is authentic and heart centred.

I'm burnt out and not sure whether to keep teaching. Will this be worth it for me?

We know this so well! Burnout can so often be the result of trying to push something that isn't viable anymore. We don't have the answer of what you should do next, but YOU do. Guidance through this work will help to discover from within yourself where to go and what to offer next.

We are not afraid to talk about money! We have a whole module on marketing ourselves, how to evolve in your teaching, what to charge, or what is appropriate to charge.
