What is Conscious Leadership about?

Conscious Leadership for teachers is a six module course that includes:

Six Masterclasses: In these pre-recorded videos, we deep dive into each module with journaling prompts, guided meditations, story telling, yoga philosophy and specific yogic teachings.

Six Teachers Practices: movement, breath, meditation: Our practice is not only a source of nourishment and inspiration but a chance to investigate our own transformation. Use our katonah-inspired asana classes and a series of pranayama, kriya and meditation practices for you to go deep in.

Access to our monthly Zoom Circle for Teachers: Personalised mentoring in an open forum, connection to the sangha from all over the world, and support to go over the modules and any of your teaching woes.

Membership to A Private FaceBook Community of Teachers: This will be an active forum of like-minded teachers from different styles, with differing levels of experience. You’ll connect, collaborate, and find friends for life.

Weekly Worksheets: Much of the gold will unveil itself through this contemplative journaling. These worksheets are tailored to your module and are yours for life.
