First up, who does teachers/instructors of "other modalities" include?:

We've seen this mentoring work with teachers of pilates, barre, and other movement methods that require leadership. This abstract work is about guiding you through a process of unveiling your inner teacher - your specific magic as you hold space in your domain - and is relevant to most modalities.

I'm busy! What if I can't make the mentoring calls?

All calls are recorded and sent out afterwards so you won't miss out. You can send questions beforehand and we are certain you'll still thrive.

Our entire programme is online to accommodate different time zones, busy schedules and the material is yours to keep for three months.

Is this course certified?

Yes! At completion, you will receive a PDF certificate and 15 hours towards your Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements.

For newer teachers:

Missing your TT tribe and community?

You’ll have access to a private FB family of like-minded teachers. Teachers from all styles, offering non-competitive support.

I don’t have any students yet?

Through the inner work you can start to get clear on where to start. We set you up to leave the programme with commitments to your teaching that feel centred and achievable.

How can I overcome self doubt in my lack of experience?

We want you to feel comfortable in your voice! Over the four weeks, we provide you with practices and exercises to build confidence in your ability to hold your students safely and trust your unique way of teaching.

For experienced teachers:

I feel ready for the ‘next step’ but don’t know what that is?

We go through so many evolutions as teachers, here you’ll find yourself in a group going through similar experiences. Rather than looking outward, we guide you towards looking in, so that what comes next for you is authentic and heart centred.

I'm burnt out and not sure whether to keep teaching. Will this be worth it for me?

We know this so well! Burnout can so often be the result of trying to push something that isn't viable anymore. We don't have the answer of what you should do next, but YOU do. Guidance through this work will help to discover from within yourself where to go and what to offer next.
